Welcome to Bizaura. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bizaura Ecosystem, including our website (bizaura.web.app) and our Android/iOS mobile applications. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Bizaura provides a digital khata and offline billing application designed for merchants and retail businesses. The core functionality operates offline on your local device, with secure backup synchronization to our cloud servers when internet access is available.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs and account credentials.
• You must provide accurate business information during registration.
• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Bizaura operates on a prepaid subscription model. Access to premium features requires an active license. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or UPI PIN details on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and perfect data synchronization, Bizaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss due to hardware failure on the user's device before a cloud sync has occurred.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
